Les services des réseaux de télécommunication mobile TOGO Cellulaire (Togocom) et MOOV Africa TOGO ne sont pas conformes aux seuils fixés par l’arrêté pour le compte de l’année 2021.
Tel est le contenu d’un rapport publié le lundi 20 décembre 2021 par l’Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP).
