« Il m’a été donné de constater une recrudescence des nuisances sonores générées par les lieux de culte sur toute l’étendue du territoire. Nombreuses plaintes ont été enregistrées au cours des derniers mois et nos propres contestations nous révèlent une rupture de l’accalmie observée pendant un certain temps » informe la lettre avant d’ajouter que « des mesures de fermeture seront prises dans les prochains jours à l’encontre des lieux de culte contre lesquels des plaintes ont été déposées et qui refusent d’obtempérer à nos injonctions ».
