Les réserves administratives appartiennent à l’État. Elles contribuent au développement d’une localité et surtout permet à l’État de créer des marchés, des hôpitaux, des écoles et des places publiques. C’est un domaine réservé spécialement pour l’Etat et protégé par les chefs quartiers, les chefs du villages ou encore les maires de la commune. Malheureusement dans une localité au Togo plus précisément à Lomé, un maire serait entrain de céder une réserve administrative selon une source bien introduite.
L’histoire se passe dans la commune d’Agoè Nyivé 3 spécialement à Vakpossito. Selon notre source, le maire aurait vendu la réserve administrative, un espace réservé pour la création d’un marché public à Vakpossito. « Cet espace est réservé pour le marché de Vakpossito. Il y avait une portion qui était réservée, c’était libre et quand le maire est arrivé soi-disant qu’ils ont loué ou autorisé à une personne de venir laisser un conteneur, certaines personnes sont venues pour clôturer l’espace. Et elles continuent toujours par travailler sur l’espace. C’est quel genre de conteneur qui nécessite beaucoup de travail comme ça ? Et depuis là, le conteneur ne vient pas mais le travail continuer toujours » informe notre source en martelant qu’un terrain qu’on a dit qu’on a loué à quelqu’un pour déposer un conteneur de frigo mais on vient pour faire la clôture et à l’intérieur on construit des fosses sceptiques et autres.
Vakpossito est la plus petite commune poursuivant notre source, parmi les 117 communes. Pour lui, tous les efforts effectués par les habitants de la localité et pire par le préfet d’Agoè Nyivé pour le développement, le maire veut tout détruire. « On a pas de grand marché ici, ni terrain de football ni d’hôpital. Entre temps le préfet d’Agoè Nyivé était venu pour vérifier si on a au moins 4hectares de réserves, pour nous construire un hôpital de référence. Il a demandé le chef canton s’il trouve cela on va nous construire ça mais il y en a pas. Les petites portions qui restent peuvent servir à quelques choses à la mairie mais hélas. On avait prévu arrêter les travaux qui s’effectuent ici mais malheureusement les gens continuent par travailler » a-t-il confié
À l’en croire, leur mairie est sans ressource et ce qui reste pour aider à développer la mairie, serait encore vendu. « Notre mairie est sans ressource et les choses qui peuvent nous aider à la développer, on veut encore les vendre. On n’a pas de collège ni lycée à part le primaire. Même Avedji n’est pas dans notre commune. Les petits marchés que nous avons actuellement, je ne sais même pas si cela peut occuper une superficie de 15 m2. Mais devant ce marché, il y a de l’espace que les gens ont occupé, certains ont acheté tant bien même qu’ils savent que c’est une réserve administrative. C’est des choses que le maire de Vakpossito ne devrait pas céder. Les gens se plaignent puisque la DST travaille mais aucun développement dans la mairie or ailleurs, les gens font quelques choses » a-t-il indiqué
Les autorités compétentes doivent se saisir de ce dossier afin d’apporter la lumière sur cette affaire qui mettra un frein au développement du pays.
