La CEDEAO organise à Accra un atelier sur la planification stratégique et l’évaluation du développement
Accra, Ghana, 15 mai 2023. La Direction de la Planification stratégique, du Suivi et Evaluation (PSSE) du Bureau de la Vice-présidente de la Commission de la CEDEAO organise du 15 au 19 mai 2023 à Accra, au Ghana, un atelier sur la planification stratégique et le développement.
Cet atelier d’évaluation qui devrait durer 5 jours permettra à la Direction de la PSSE et à d’autres départements / directions de mener des discussions constructives censées favoriser une compréhension commune des objectifs stratégiques 4X4 de l’actuel Management de la Commission de la CEDEAO, et le développement des indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) pouvant être mesurés au cours des quatre prochaines années. Au cours de cette première session, les travaux de l’atelier porteront sur les secteurs de l’Energie et des Mines, des Infrastructures et de l’Economie numérique.
Dans son discours d’ouverture, S.E. l’Ambassadeur Baba Gana Wakil, Représentant Résident du Président de la Commission au Ghana, a rappelé l’importance de la planification stratégique pour le succès de la CEDEAO. Il a ajouté qu’une planification efficace et efficiente permettra à tous les départements d’avancer dans la même direction.
A la fin de l’atelier, l’engagement des Départements/Directions sera aligné sur le CSC et les objectifs stratégiques 4×4. Les ICP définis lors de la finalisation du CSC seront évalués, et les ICP ainsi que les nouveaux résultats seront documentés dans un livret afin de pouvoir suivre les progrès réalisés.
