Instituée depuis 2017, la journée africaine de l’état civil de cette année a pour thème : » exploiter la coordination, le leadership et l’appropriation des pays pour renforcer les systèmes intégrés d’enregistrement des faits d’état civil et de statistiques de l’état civil : un vecteur pour compter tout le monde”.
Dans son intervention, le Maire KOVI ADANBOUNOU est convaincu que l’état civil garanti l’accès aux droits de l’homme et permet de renforcer l’action politique à travers la production de données statistiques et démographique.
L’acte de naissance est le premier document que dispose tout individu dès sa naissance. Conscient de cette réalité, la commune Agoè-Nyivé1 s’inscrit dans cette logique par la création de plusieurs centres d’état civil dans sa juridiction. « Nous tenons à rappeler qu’à partir d’aujourd’hui, le CMS Cacavelli est doté d’un centre d’état civil pour permettre aux nouveaux nés d’avoir très vite leur acte de naissance. Les portes de ce centre sont donc ouvertes à toutes la population de Cacavelli et aux populations environnantes », a laissé entendre YAGUIWATA Kodjo Gontran, le 3ème Maire adjoint de la commune.
Rappelons toujours qu’avec cette énième inauguration du genre, la Commune Agoè-Nyivé1 compte à ce jour, 6 centres d’état civil.
