Autant j’aime les personnes actives et industrieuses qui travaillent pour le bien commun, autant je déteste les zélés qui s’appliquent à pourrir la vie d’honnêtes citoyens.
C’est dans ce pays que toutes les autorités, du Premier ministre au ministre de la santé en passant par le ministre de la sécurité, ont pris le soin de préciser que la vaccination était fortement recommandée, sans être obligatoire. Les mesures prises dans le cadre de l’état d’urgence, se sont toujours appuyées sur la loi portant code de santé publique. Il s’agit des mesures barrières désormais connues de tous. Le maire dans sa décision s’appuie sur l’article 67 du code de la santé publique sans préciser que cet article ne fait que compléter le 66 (que j’ai déjà cité ici), le tout inscrits dans un chapitre 5 qui traite de la prévention et la lutte contre les épidémies. Les prérogatives dans ce domaine appartiennent exclusivement au gouvernement, et non aux maires.
Déjà qu’on trouve qu’on en fait de trop dans la lutte contre le coronavirus au Togo, et lui, on dirait que le virus là a son papa et maman dans sa commune et l’accouplement qui lui a donné naissance s’est fait dans son bureau.
