La population de Soviépé est sous le choc depuis ce lundi matin. Encore un énième braquage à Lomé qui a arraché la vie d’une mère d’un enfant d’un an non seulement sous les yeux de ce nourrisson mais aussi devant sa servante. Une mère d’un an a été poignardée ce 22 mars 2021 au niveau du carrefour Boukarou. Selon le ministre de la sécurité et de la protection civile, Yark Damehame, chaque citoyen devrait être protégé par un agent. Où sont alors les forces de sécurité au moment où les braquages deviennent très récurrents dans notre pays ?
En face de l’agence Togocel selon nos informations, un braquage a eu lieu ce matin. Deux jeunes femmes ont été attaquées par deux jeunes hommes dans un kiosque. La mère d’un an poignardée en pleine tête est décédée sur le champ.
La servante de la femme poignardée, malgré le coup de reçu, s’est enfuie et a alerté les tenants d’une boutique à côté. Une fois informé, la population de Soviépé a mis la main sur l’un des braqueurs qui serait brûlé vif. Par ailleurs, le deuxième malfrat a réussi à s’enfuir avec une importante somme d’argent.
Selon le bilan sécuritaire du second semestre de l’année 2020 publié par le ministre de la sécurité et de la protection civile, les chiffres concernant le banditisme et la délinquance ne s’améliorent pas. Les pertes restent conséquentes avec plus de 200 millions FCFA emportés lors des divers délits au moment où le ministre précise que chaque citoyen devrait être protégé par une force de sécurité.
