Le Conseil Régional de l’Épargne Publique et des Marchés Financiers ( CREPMF) pose ses valises à Lomé. L’institution de régulations du marché financier de l’UEMOA, tient pour deux jours, ces 29 et 30 mars 2021, dans la capitale togolaise un atelier de travail sur un avant-projet de loi uniforme relative aux infractions boursières et assimilées.
Cette rencontre verra la participation d’imminentes compétences telles que les bâtonniers, les magistrats, les associations professionnelles du marché financier, les membres de la commission de l’UEMOA etc…
Pendant ces deux jours, ces différents acteurs du marché financier se pencheront sur l’étude, l’amendement, et la validation du projet de loi.
Ledit projet de loi servira de base juridique afin de mieux encadrer, et au mieux de réprimer les actes délictueux en matière d’investissement et de rendement sur les valeurs mobilières.
Dans un contexte où il devient de plus en plus périlleux d’investir, un acte juridique de telle envergure vient à point nommé garantir la sécurité et l’intégrité des transactions financières dans l’espace communautaire UEMOA.
La CREPMF est créée le 3 juillet 1996, par convention signée entre les états membres de l’UEMOA.
L’organe s’est illustré le 18 mars passé à travers une décision condamnant quelques entreprises de trading et quelques plateformes de marketing de réseau opérant irrégulièrement dans l’union.
