Bénin/5ans d’emprisonnement ferme pour Sébastien AJAVON avec comme bonus un mandat d’arrêt international
La Cour de Répression des Infractions Économiques et du Terrorisme ( CRIET) a condamné ce lundi 1er mars 2021, monsieur AJAVON Sébastien Germain, homme d’affaires béninois, à 5ans d’emprisonnement ferme, et à deux millions quatre cent mille (2.400.000) FCFA d’amende , pour faux, usage de faux en écriture publique, complicité et escroquerie.
Dans sa décision finale, après les réquisitions du ministère publique, la Cour le condamne à payer à l’État béninois à titre de dommage et intérêt les sommes de quatre vingt milliards neuf cent cinquante huit millions deux cent cinquante quatre mille huit cent soixante trois (80.958.254.863) FCFA pour préjudices subis par l’administration fiscale, soixante millions (60.000.000) de FCFA pour les autres préjudices non fiscaux.
LA COUR DE RÉPRESSION DES INFRACTIONS ÉCONOMIQUES ET DU TERRORISME avait déja condamné il y a deux ans , par défaut, Sébastien Ajavon à 20 ans de prison et à 5 millions de FCFA d’amende.
Un mandat d’arrêt a été émis à son encontre.
